By downloading, accessing, or using the Physicians Greenbook mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Physicians Greenbook is a healthcare marketplace platform that connects patients with healthcare providers in underserved communities. The App allows patients to search for providers, book appointments, and communicate with their care team. Providers can manage their schedules, respond to appointment requests, and communicate with patients.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Not a Medical Provider
Physicians Greenbook is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
6. Provider Listings
Provider information, including specialties, credentials, insurance acceptance, and availability, is provided by the healthcare providers themselves. While we encourage accurate listings, Physicians Greenbook does not independently verify provider credentials, qualifications, or the accuracy of their profile information.
7. Appointments
The App facilitates appointment booking between patients and providers. Appointment confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the individual provider's policies. Physicians Greenbook is not responsible for any disputes between patients and providers regarding appointments.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Upload any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
9. Reviews and Ratings
Users may submit reviews and ratings for healthcare providers. Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
10. Messaging
The App provides a messaging feature for communication between patients and providers. Messages should be used for appointment-related communication and general health inquiries. Messaging is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
11. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Physicians Greenbook and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physicians Greenbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from the actions or omissions of healthcare providers found through the App.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
